Cooking : "My quiche revisited!"

Hi, I tried to cook a quiche and it came out really good! I write the recipe so you can try it!
In a bowl put 4 eggs (yolk and egg white) and 250 g of ricotta. stir until the mixture becomes a kind of cream denser. Add grated cheese a lot, some slices of bacon, cheese cubes and stir. Turn the oven. In a pan put the puff pastry and arrange on thin slices of bacon. Pour the mixture over the puff pastry into the tin. Put in the oven. Remove the cake after about 45 minutes. Voila! Ready!
Write if you liked it!

The quiche that my mom makes is simply eggs, feta cheese, milk, Greek seasoning, salt and pepper, and spinach. My grandma's quiche contains eggs, cheese, milk, Mexican seasoning, salt, and hashbrown potatoes.
