Hello, Does someone could, possibly, to correct my abstract in english please? "Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) come from two different root (or source?) to organic matter’s incomplete combustion such as or wood, tobacco but also natural constituent of charbon and oil. There are present in air, water and food. A list of 15 + 1 prioritary PAHs was defined by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) for food matrices. The objective of this work experience was to purify food matrices by Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC). PAHs of interest were collected with a minimum of fat and interfering matrix. The eluate were collected on almost of (or all) the analysis time in Gel Permeation Chromatoraphy (GPC) to determine the retention time of PAHs. The results showed that the elution time of PAHs ranged between 40 and 115 minutes. Fist, this purification step was carried out on standard solutions known concentrations of PAHs, and then, subsequently, this results were confirmed on an oil. The developed method allow to quantify 11 on 15 + 1 priority PAHs after purification by GPC. Determination of benzo(a)pyrene, benzo(a)anthracene, benzo(b)fluoranthene et du chrysene regulated by the European text R835 2011, is from now possible on the food matrices." Hi all, Just wondered who speaks to native speakers of the languages you're learning (Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Russian etc.) to practise and learn the language that way? I'm currently using Easy language Exchange to find language partners and have made a lot of great friends on there, everyone's really friendly and is a real confidence booster - is anybody else on there? Thought this might be useful; in my experience practising and learning languages with native speakers is much better than reading a book etc. What do you think? |
