Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus life? Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only difference is that they have more time at their disposal without parents looking over their shoulder. I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and it's wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live. As to me, college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to the Internet. |

Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life:the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds,have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course, over a deepoceanof anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair. I have read Russell's Three Passions in Chinese when I was very young. thought I was still a little boy and didn't know much about love,knowledge and the suffering. I found that I was touched by his words. Because I had the same feeling as Russell. I carefully copied the sentences in a paper and put it on the desk£¬used a piece of glass covering it.So that I can see these words everyday. Until my family move to another place. Several years have passed and about several weeks ago,accidently, I met these words in English in our reading book,again. As you meet a old friend in a unfamiliar place. You can not express how happy you are. I'm 20 now. and I have experienced many things. Including the longing for love, the search for knowledge and the unbearable pity for the suffering of manking. A person who know how to enjoy life should have these three passions. Hoping to be happy in everyday-life, I am changing myself to another "Russell"now! |

But after knowing the secret garden , evrything shanged. She was interested in the secret garden. The garden was Mr Archibald Craren's wift's. After she was dead, the garden was closed ang the key was hid. By following the ribon, the girl Mary got the key by chanc and got into the garden. In spring, the garden isbeautiful, she thought it would her garden. So she clean it up, expumge the garden and refit the rose plants.Soon after, she met Dicken. She like him. he brough her the spade and the seeds..........Mary became a lovely ang optimistic girl. This is a wonderful tale. It denots that the influence of the surrounding you lived in is great. So, as the parents, you should keep your kids living in healthy, positive circustance. Your kids will grow up healthily. A good education also is important to the children. I think the government should strenghen the education system and make a good custom in the society. That's my opinion. |
