I speak little french so i'd rather do it in english, okay =) Plov: take a big cauldron with a cover 200 g long rice 200 g carrot 200 g meat (or chicken) if you're vegeterian you better skip this part one or two onions one or two garlic heads some salt a lot of pepper black red mixture oil Firstly, put the rice into a bowl with cold or warm water and let it there for an hour or so Then, Pour oil into the cauldron The fire is up Hit it up Put chopped meat or chicken Fry it to a crust Put Salt Peppers Spices Put chopped onions on to the meat or chicken Mix it Then put grated carrots and let it all cook for about 10 minutes Do not mix anything now Put rice on the top of the carrot Put garlic bulbets into the rice vertically Pour water till the rice and garlic are covered Put all the spices on the top of the rice once again Minimize the fire Let it covered for about 20-30 minutes Turn the fire off Voila! Plov is done =)))) Bon appetit! Marie

18270 - Reply from ceecee , 14 yrs (Estonia) - 2009-10-29 Ingredients 4 oz (1 stick) margarine or Butter 3 oz 1 oz. squares, cut up, of Unsweetened chocolate 1 c Sugar 1 Egg 2 ts Vanilla extract 1 ds Salt 2 c Flour 1 c Buttermilk 1 ts Baking soda 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400 deg. F. In a 2-quart glass bowl, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate. Heat in microwave oven on High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until melted and smooth when stirred. Let cool to lukewarm. 2. Stir in sugar, egg, vanilla, salt, and buttermilk, until thoroughly blended. Mix together flour and baking soda and stir into chocolate mixture just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined 2 and 1/2 inch muffin cups, filling to top. 4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let muffins cool in pans 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely. Serve warm or cool.
