I used to do a lot of running at one stage of my life but unfortunately while i was getting quite good at it I started to develop an eating disorder which was very hard to deal with so I had to stay in hospital for 6 weeks and when I got out I could barely walk. Only now (which is 4 months later) I am starting to do a few occasional short runs but I'm not allowed to really do any competitive running for a few years or so. My dad is extremely good at it and an extremely fit person so it runs in my blood. I hope one day i'll be able to run again.

Jogging - "A pleasure"

Jogging is for me a good thing to enjoy life and to be happy. It's lke a drug. I ran 1 hour twice or third time in a week. But my parents don't want me to jogg alone because of strange people. It's a lack. At first my purpose was to lose weight but after it was a pleasure. I advise everyone to jogg because it's good for health and for the form!

I agree- With most sports, you have coaches getting on your case saying, "Focus, Keep your mind on the game!" But with running, you're better off if you are well practiced in the art of losing yourself... And you get some degree of independence.

yeah, I do like to go jogging too.. sometimes before work and sometimes after work when I get off at 6 in the morning. I jog only about 2 or 3 miles but it helps clear my head and gets me ready for the day. Soo, who's looking for pen pals, like in the postal mail??

I love running. Running is a good exercise. It doesn't cost you a lot. All you need is a good pair of sports shoes. And you can run anytime without the company of other people. While you run, a lot of things might come to your mind. It is amazing that you always can come up with good solutions to your problems while you run. Running is an indispensable activity in my life.
