Well, it pretty much indeed it- since it is supposed to not hurt the partner (or rather the opponent). Behind that there is a lot of techniques, but since the main purpose is to throw the other, new methods are allowed. It really often ends up in between wrestling and hugging

slt c'est très bien de savoir se défendre mais seulement en cas de force majeure c'est à dire quand tu n'as plus de choix parce que tes techniques peuvent être fatales pour celui qui n'est pas judoka. Bye j'espère que tu m'ecriras plus souvent .

Serais-tu au courant que tu n'as pas le droit d'utiliser les techniques de judo dans la vie courante, au risque d'être supprimé de la Fédération Française de Judo ? Fais attention quand même, cela pourrait être dangereux.

Je pratique le judo depuis 11 ans déjà. Je suis ceinture marron. Nous ne sommes pas beaucoup de fille non plus mais nous ne sommes quand même pas que 6. Même si, la plupart du temps, à mon cours du mardi, je suis la seule fille, mais je m'entends tres bien avec les autres judokats. Etnous sommes bien plus nombreuses le vendredi.

bon moi aussi j'ai fait du judo pendant 4 ans et j'ai du malheureusement arrêter à cause d'une blessure à la cheville droite T-T (double entorse) bon bref je me suis arrêté orange et j'aurais aimé continuer jusqu'à la noir 1 ère dan -_- cela fait 4 ans que j'ai arrêté et quand j'ai voulut recommencer bah plus rien. Le club de judo était fermé et il a laissé place au club de karate et de Kick boxing... voyez mon désarroi. Maintenant mes années de judo ne resteront plus que de beaux et lointains souvenirs T-T
