Hi. I have a class that is looking for pen-pals from an English speaking country. I have 23 4th graders in the age 10-11 (13 girls and 10 boys). We would like to exchange snail mails in English - send a parcel with letters from all the pupils in the class (and other things like pictures, coins, stamps, candy/sweets, stickers etc.) every other month. Except the individual letters from each student we will tell you about our school, city and country (for example culture, food, language, geography etc). Bonjour! Je suis professeur de francais et d'anglais dans un lycée général/technique dans la région de Dalecarlie en Suède. (à 200km de Stockholm) Nous préparons nos élèves pour un Bac technique/sciences. Nous travaillons sur le développement durable. J'aimerais pour l'année 2010/2011 organiser un échange culturel avec un lycée francais. Mes élèves sont agés de 17 à 19 ans . Ils ont étudié le francais durant 5-6 ans. Donc, Nous souhaiterions avoir un contact avec un lycée pour donner la possibilité aux élèves de mieux connaitre la culture francaise. En échange nous serions préts à recevoir les etudiants francais dans des familles en Suède. Ils pourraient aussi converser en anglais si cela les intéresse. Hi, my name is Veronica and lives in Sweden. I´m a teacher in a special school (for children with special needs and difficulties) My students are in the age of 18 to 20 and studying in a vocational training (hotel and restaurant) Now I´m looking for pen pals for my students, so they can work on their English. But it is also an interesting and a fun way to exchange experience. My little group endures only seven students but my hopes are that it is some other teacher out there who found this interesting, and send me an e-mail. Hi! I'm an English teacher in Göteborg, Sweden. I have about 40 students who will start 6th grade this fall (they are 12 years old)and they have requested penpals to write/chat in English with. They are not native English speakers but many of them are quite advanced in English for their age (I think).
