Thats really nice! I go to a dance studio thats right in my town and its great! The teacher is a retired pro ballerina who gave up for teaching! And she's a mother age so understands if you hurt yourself dancing and gives you these awesome exersizes to help.

Hi every one😊I've done dancing since I was 3. I train every day for to hours in jazz, tap, hip- hop, ballet, break dance, Irish dancing, lyrical and funk. I don't go in lots of comparisons but I have done a few. I've won second, third ( witch is to medals) and one trophy. So yeah I don't know what I'd do with out DANCE!!!!

i guess we got something in common.
i also love dancing it is the love of my life!!
i don't know what i'd do without it.
i first started dancing around the house and i could not sit still.
then when i was 4 or 5 i started ballet and carried on for a year until my teacher Mrs Roobigde,told us we were going to do a concert i totally fliped and told my mom that i want to quite,i had never been on a stage before so i was terrified.Once i saw the dvd that they filmed of the show i took all my words back about quiting, but mt mom said NO.
then when i was 10 years old i started modern dancing, and i realized that was what i was looking for, i enjoyed it so much i was sure i was going to carry on with this for the rest of my life. But then i wasn't doing so well in my school work and a terrible thing happened my mom made me stop. i cried and cried for two weeks straight,then we went on a holiday to spain and my mom said that i am gonna start spainish dancing,i got so exstatic i couln't wait to get back.so i started spainish dancing and i am still carring on with it, thankfully she won't make me stop because she loves spainish dancing.but i still love modern dancing!.when i am in grade 8 i am going to start borem dancing.i am so excited.then i want to try out hiphop,and while i am at it i want to start modern dancging again! i hope you will receive this email and you can tell me how your dancing life started. thanx. Dear worried, if you like to dance then go for it! If your parents cant aford dance lessons that shouldn't stop you! do you have a friend who could show you? And you should ask your parents. I love to dance. I take ballet. Some kinds of dance classes are more exspensive then others. Maybe you and your parents could find a less exspensive class if money is what your worried about. I hope my advice was useful.

HI everyone!

here are some tips for anyone who wants to start dance but doesn't know how to start! :D


Tips

1. look for a beginner dance class or dance school on the internet (the kind of dance you want to start) that is close to your house
2. gather lots of imformation on the dance you want to start like books movies etc.
3. start streaching daily (this will prepare you for dance)
4. DO NOT make your self busy with other hobbies. your parents will say you are to busy if you have to many hobbies.
5. get good grades in school and don't grumble about doing homwork and help around the house. This will make you parents REALLY happy.
6. when the time is right and your parents are in a good mood and they are no stresed about any thing ask them sweetly if you can do dance. explain why you want to do it. Give them time to decide.
you never know they might be happy you want to do it! my parents were! :D

Ballet is a short career so it wouldn't be forever and you can always stop when you like but it might be a good idea to have a degree in something else in case it dosent work and for afterwards

It is very hard but I think if someone works hard at something it is easy to become and do what you want to do. Just try to do what you know stretch and so on. I have been dancing since I was 6 am now 13 and in a professional company, and over the years I have learned hard work pays off.

Hi! My biggest dream is to be a professional dancer!!! But my dad sorta screwed it up, 'cause when I was 7 my mum wanted me to do ballet but my dad said no. Now I'm gonna be 14 in 2 weeks, and after the summer break I'm gonna start jazz/modern dance. I did 2 years ago hip-hop but only for a year, 'cause the dance schoolnhad to close. I'll be also looking for some intesiv ballet classes. I just L-O-V-E dancing, but I'm afraid I'm a bit too old!! What do you think? My new dance teacher says that I've got talent, but do you think I still got a chance of being a professional dancer? PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
