I love sleeping because it keeps me away from all the mean people in the world. It helps me with all of my troubles. I go to sleep with bad things on my mind, and wake up with good things on my mind. I love it. :)
Je n'aime pas faire du sport:
- C'est fatigant
- Je suis trop maladroit
- C'est très difficile
...mais je dois le faire à l'école :(

Why sleeping is better than sport:
-You don't sweat. (or just during a terrible Nightmare)
-You're not exhausted at the end of a dream , aren't you?
-You can run a thousand miles when you dream without being tired! :)
-(Something I love when I dream)you can be with anybody!Someone you love secretly,your favorite actor or singer etc, in real life you can't be with them everyday! You have just to close your eyes think of him/her and it's paradise :D

Dont you ever wish sometimes you had this special pillow that you sleep on and it records your dreams so you can watch them when you wake up. How awesome would that be! Someone should invent it!

At school, i suggested to my PE teacher that we sleep through the period instead of doing athleics.
For some reason, he didnt like my idea...
Why waste your time being in the gym? They say you'll live longer but those years you'll get, those are the years you spend in the gym.
Who loves sleeping? EVERYONE! You spend 1/3 of your life sleeping so why isn't everyone making it their favorite sport? Because they don't want to admit it!! Go team sleepers!!!
PE is the 1 thing I loathe. If you agree that we should just be watching TV then reply.I do like watching rugby though
I think it's my favourite sport because I hate all sports! i hate swim, run, tennis, rugby,... I love play music, but is not a sport...i'm sad, because in school, we have to run and play rugby... I HATE SPORT! i love sleep and dream!
I think think this is a pretty good option for a favorite sport. I just love swimming and if it weren't for swimming this probably would be my choice.

It's hard to wake up early in the morning especially to go to school or to work but life is what it is.
i don't know why all of you are so against sport. i love sport, but i'm not good at most of them, but i'm not horrible either. my favourite sport would be oz-tag, but they didn't have it here, and all the other sports are just not my thing. the next best thing i could think of was sleeping coz i love sleeping..
but the thing is, you guys should not be dissing sport like its some kind of disease, sport is healthy and good for you! so go out there and give it a try... just saying

Okay so i'm not the sporty type big whoop do we have to be energetic freaks all the time! I'm so the opposite and i'm hoping im not the only one because the only exercise i do is from my kitchen to my bedroom... does that count??
Sports are so dumb. If it weren't needed to keep us alive, I would skip every PE class.
Unless reading can be considered a sport. In which case sports rock. Reading makes up for all the other cruddy stuff, like running and tennis.

I despise sports. Well... I like watching baseball and soccer but nothing else! Why can't we use PE time to learn instead!

i hate all the sports, but i like reading. I'm a "secchiona". More or less it means NERD.
If you want to sleep but just cant, you could allways hityourself in the head with somtething like a frying pan, or a baseball/softball bat. ;P

Tips for a good night's sleep include:
1. Turn off screens 30min.-2hours before bed.
2. Have lavender scented pillows.
3. No bedtime snack.
4. Exercise during the day but not an hour before bed.
5. Don't eat chocolate or drink coffee, caffeinated tea, or cola before bed.
6. Read, write, draw, listen to calming music, talk to someone, or get a lotion massage before bed.
7. Drink milk or decaf peppermint or chamomile tea before bed.
8. Sleep on the side you are comfortable on.
9. Put wallpaper with cool colors such as green, blue, or purple on your bedroom walls.
10. Have a fan or air purifier running.

Dreaming is much better than any sport. You can learn alot from your dreams and sleeping is too good feeling. ahhh... wake up, stretch and yawn.. wonderful!
