I love this too and i think the same as you Maja! Ut's stupid to think that boys can't do that sport as well as girls! In France, we don't have cheerleaders, but i watch it at TV and i'm impressed every time! I did gymnastic during a long time, i was 6 years old when i began! *memories* But unfortunately i gad to stop :'(

omg! i love gymnastics to. i have been training for 7-8 years... i love floor and beam. to improve your flexibility you need to stretch more often by doing your splits on both sides and doing back bends to stretch your back and other things like that.

Hey Madison! I don't know if you have gotten a message back from this or not, but I can tell you... Don't be worried. I am a gymnast and I have been doing it for about nine years now. I have reached P.4 and am almost in P.5. (The levels are fairly different in Canada.) But anyways, I used to be fairly inflexible. But I am now the same as everyone else at the same level as me. (Except for the gumby people...). It's because I have practiced. And by practiced I mean I stretches everyday till I could go down far enough.

Hi it says I come from China but I'm not Chinese because I come from australia and live in hong kong. I love gymnastics too. I am very flexible. I don't do bars or much beam. just floor because my coach teaches us too slowly and we hardly ever go on the beam and we don't even have bars. I can't do a front handspring or backhandspring though i'd love to. I always wanted to do a front flip and back flip. I can only do a front walkover and backwalkover and headstand and handstand and a bit of a walking handstand and all the other TOTALLY BASIC moves!!! :)I'm not that good because girls on youtube my age can do all stuff I can't do because they have better coaches than i do.I surpose i'm really good for my age. Bye then.

I'm in gymnastics to the level I'm in is Exel team silver and my gym is awsam around Holloween they have a holloween party and this year it was a fundrazer for the whole entire Exel. (the leavals for Exel are Branze, Silver, and Gold.)
