Harry Potter has got to be one of the best series of books I have EVER read! This series will be a classic for many years, and I will definitely make my kids read them when I have them! This series gets my

Harry Potter and the Sorcerers (Philosophers) Stone- The first book in the series is also the shortest but wonderful. JK Rowling manages to hook you in with the first book and make you want to read more of not only the first book but the rest of the series. I think the fantasy factor of this book was the best part, especially with Harry going to the Leaky Cauldron to access the other world, riding the train, and definitely the school. This book also appeals to many different age groups!

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets- The second book in the series is equally wonderful! JK Rowling reeled me in again and made me fall in love with the characters in this book. The amount of detail she puts in to it and the thought is jaw-dropping! She also manages to make you loathe, or be jealous of characters. Truly an amazing story! I love the aspect that there could be a world out there that we don't know about with wizards and witches. I know that witches are real (look it up on google, it's some cult) but it's still a cool idea!

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaaban- The second book in the series was still very good! Although it was one of my least favorite books in the series, I think it was because the second one was so bright and cheery and the third one was so dark, but there wasn't even a slow change it was just BAM! Other than that I thought it was wonderful, especially since that was the year they could go to Hogsmeade.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire- I loved the fourth book as well! The darkness in this one was more expected so it was a lot better for me. I loved how for the Tri-wizard tournament other wizard schools came. That just makes the idea that there could be a Wizard school in your country even cooler. I mean just think about it you never know, nobody can really prove that it does or doesn't exist.

Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix- The beginning of the fifth book confused me a lot. I loved the rest of it but the beginning was just all over the place. This book was dark as well, it was scary and sad too. I really liked this book because there was a mystery behind it and you had to really try and figure out what was going to happen!

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince- The sixth book waas also one of my least favorites. It was shorter though like the Prisoner of Azkaban, so it was a bit easier. What I didn't like about it was how it just all of a sudden got really dark and spooky. The books had been dark and spooky before but it just got a lot darker and spookier. Other thn that I truly loved this book, especially how you see more time with Harry and Dumbledore before something really bad happens...read and find out :)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- The last book was by FAR my favorite! Although it was SO big it was SUPER good! Since JK Rowling made it bigger she was able to add so much detail, and that just made the story so much better. I loved the mystery element in this book, and the realtionship between the three friends Harry, Hermione, and Ron has you on the edge of your feet with the action too. I couldn't put this book down.

HUNGER GAMES!!!!! May the odds be ever in your favor! The Hunger Games will also be a classic for many years! It is by far my favorite series! I know it's technically a trilogy but I was to lazy to make a seperate category for that. I love the Hunger games so much I am obsessed with it! This series gets !

Hunger Games- This one was my favorite book of the trilogy. I liked how it gave you a whole back story and reason to want to know Katniss. Anyone who saves their sister and cares for her family must be a decent person. My favorite thing though was in training and in the arena! I loved how Katniss and Peeta grew close and protected eachother. And in the end well, that was just amazing!

Catching Fire- My second favorite book of the series! I loved how it showed such contrast between Katniss' house in teh seam to the new one. I was enraged when Katniss had to go to the Hunger Games again with Peeta! At that point I knew the book would get better and worse. Better in the way that there would be WAY more action. Worse in the way that more people will die again. I loved the end! BTW I can't wait until the movie!

Mockingjay- This was my least favorite book in the series, mostly because I HATED the end! There was not enough details! This book also made me cry, but I loved it all the same! I liked it because there was so much change in plot and what was going on compared to the other two. I think this book was a huge comparison to the others.

Definitely check this trilogy out if you already haven't!
