Hello,welcome to my webpage all about ireland.I am 10 and i hope you will like this page.Here is a bit about me:I am 10(turning 11 on the 23 july)and i live in ireland.My mum is from scottland and my dad is from germany.And i do homeschooling.

My faforite country is Japan,by now you are probaply thinking why i am not writing anything about japan since it is my faforite country.Well ill tell you why:I wuld like the people to now about my cultur and what they eat here and how worm it is here.

I enjoy reading books.My faforite authors are: cornelia funke,mark twain,and J.K rowling.

Troditonall breakfast in ireland:Bacon,eggs,bread,and sausage.
Here people usual eat normal stuff like:eggs,potatoes,cesse,bread,and youghort.(ofcourse you can eat more then that)!!!!!!!
Here people bake their bread with soda that is not to healthy and usualy dosent taste good.(i am allergic to soda)
Ireland is an island next to scottland and in ireland there are mountains and castles allot of castles there is one called the white lady castle and here is why it is called the white lady castle.
Once upn a time there lived a woman (no one knows her real name) she had a husband and they lived in a castle that is now called the white lady castle.She lived there with her husband and she loved her husband,she loved him allot.But one day she died she fell of a cliff.Then in the main time she had died her husband married the white laydis sister.And now they say she is acully still waiting in the castle for her husband to come back!

1.The capital from ireland is Dublin

2.the irish word for ireland is Eire.

3.The first to bring the English language to Ireland were the Normans. English was adopted as the main language from the latter years of the eighteenth century on.

4. In 432 AD St. Patrick arrived to help convert the pagan Gaelic Kings to Christianity. Saint Patrick's Day (March 17th) is the national holiday of Ireland. Read more about Saint Patrick.

5. King Henry VIII (of England) declared himself King of Ireland in 1541 AD. He was the first English monarch to do this.

6.The Irish Parliament was granted independence from England in 1782 AD.

7.The Irish flag has three vertical stripes in green, white and orange. The green represents the older Gaelic people, the orange represents the Protestants (under William of Orange) and the white represents the peace between the two groups.

Ireland i one of the grennest countrys of the world.Here in ireland it rains allot.But in the rain it is so worm they even have palms here.
Here in ireland you can se wales and dolphins.People go out on their boots and go whale and dolphin watching.and if people try to kill dolphins or catch them they really get but to jail for that here.Every year a dolphin gets catched from the peoplethat help them dolphins,and they look at the dolphins,test them and see if the water is helthy for them and if they can get babys in this year.And that all works just with one.That is what they have in ireland.They even have teams for dolphins and wales.
