I Love To Cook
Hey everybody! Hope you guys have enjoyed my blog. I just wanted to say that I got camera for the new trip and it is awesome!
Hi! My name is Morgan and I love to cook. I have always wanted to cook since I was 6 years old. When I grow up I want to be a owner of a famous fancy restaurant. My dad and I will be working together to do this. I was thinking the name could be La Rouge. I have no idea why I would pick that but it just sounds pretty. You are probably wondering what I like to cook... I dont know. I have so many it is not even funny. Well I could say making pineapple upside down cake is my favorite or making lemon chicken. My dad and I are the cooks in this house. My mom does not really like to cook. Anyways if I am going to be a chef one day I am going to have to go to college. I was thinking I could go to the Culinary Institute of America. The one I want to go to is the one in Napa,Valley in Greystone. I have always dreamed of going there and my wish is coming true. This summer I am going to visit the Culinary Institute to do a tour. I am so excited . I could explode!!! My favorite all time chef is Julia Child . You probably dont know who she is but man she is a amazing cook. She wanted to be a real chef so she went to Paris and took classes to be a chef. She even wrote a cookbook. If you are ever at the library check out her book . It is Mastering The Art of French Cooking. It is a amazing book. I have made some of her recipies and they are amazing. They even have a movie about her called Julia and Julie. I warn you the movie is PG-13 so get parent permission if you can watch it. Anyways that is it for now if you want to learn how to make my faboulus lemon chicken there is a recipe below.

Lemon Chicken
By Morgan

some capers

1 slice of lemon.
1 or 2 chicken breasts.
1 clove of garlic
cooking wine{the wine evaporates while cooking so you are NOT eating eat.
butter

Get a skillet out and turn the heat to 350 degrees.Put a little butter on your hand and wipe it around the pan getting all corners. Then wait for it to heat up. When it is heated up stick the chicken in the skillet and put the capers in and the cooking wine. Then mince the garlic very tiny. Stick that in the skillet and mix everything around. Then get the cooking wine and put as much as you want. Last you squeeze the lemon in the pan and mix everything together and let the chicken cook. Let the chicken cook until it is ready to serve. When that is done make some pasta and when that is done butter the pasta up then put it under the lemon chicken Then you ready to eat and enjoy. Hope you like it. Write in my guest book if you like it.
