| Our school is located in the south of France in a beautiful Club of 23 hectares called “La Dragonnière” at the Mediterranean seaside between Montpellier and Perpignan, about 120 km from the Spanish border.
The climate is extremely pleasant and very sunny throughout the year.
It is set in a wonderful landscape, with beautiful beaches, palm-trees, excellent Mediterranean food and the most important vineyard in Europe.

European students don’t need any visa!! All the courses are conducted in English
English Level suggested: 600 points TOEIC, 550 POINTS TOEFL
Enrolment fees: 150€ (not refundable and to pay by the inscription)
1 month program: 1840 euros
3 months program fees: 4100 Euros
3 months program + 4 months internship: 4600 Euros (including health insurance and medical check-up)
Lessons, accommodation, taxes, visits, cookery demonstrations, wine tasting, transfer from Beziers airport and Agde railway station to the club and return are included.
(Meals are not included; the students will cook in their own kitchen.)
Accommodation: The students will be accommodated in cottages for 3 persons, with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace to sit or eat outside. (for single or two persons accommodation, please contact us before your arrival, changing will not be accepted upon arrival) Weekly cleaning of the cottage and bed linen will be provided. Wifi in every cottage!!

Length of the program : 4 weeks with 25 hours of lessons per week, including
cookery demonstrations or wine tasting and visits of wine cellars.
All the week-ends are free.
We propose 6 different 3 months programs
(called Gastronomic program) :
1 - French cooking + intensive French
2 - French and European wines + intensive French
3 - Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French
4 - French cooking + intensive French + 4 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France
5 - French and European wines + intensive French + 4 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France
6 - Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French + 4 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France
Length of the program: 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including cookery demonstrations or wine tasting, visits of wine cellars and 3 organised professional and touristic excursions (2 in France and 1 in Spain).
All the week-ends are free and you have 1 week holidays to visit France.
