Hello everyone.
My name is Amritha Nair. I was born in India and i now live in the U.S. I am a tipical american teenager. I like music, i love to swim, my favorite color is orange, and i am always with my friends or texting them. I am basically making this blog to update people around the world on how an american teenagers life is. I promise to myself that i will be completely honest to this blog and i will try my best to write everyday. I hope you guys enjoy my blog! BTW the picture below is me and three of my bestest friends making the word LOVE out of our legs! And yes we are all wearing matching clothes!!!! :)

All of us at the smoothie shop after a long day of exams and the weekend was finally here! The owner kept staring at us like we were CRAZY! We recked that place up. but we ended up having to clean it up! ;) It was also Bailey's Birthday so we were going all out! We stayed up till 6 am and slept until 8 am and went to the gym! LOL! :) us at the gym didn't turn out so well! we tried to lift weights and everyone was staring at us! :)

Us three girls just had a sleepover. Well... we didn't really sleep at all!!! But, it was really really really fun!! we watched a couple of scary movies and all!!! but it was cool!! we also went to the mall. i can't believe summer is almost over here! im gonna be in school in like a month! UHHHH HELP!

My swim team just went to North Carolina for a swim meet. The race was hard but we all had a great time. We had to rent ten beach houses for all of us to fit. We also had a camp fire on the beach. I saw a giant turtle come to the shore and it was almost bigger than me. I wish i took a picture of it but i was too scared! Here is a picture of all of us around the camp fire! :) Its a cute pic! :)

One of my friend's birthday so we gave her a surprise pool party! We all had to hide behing the floaties and when she came we had to jump out and yell happy birthday!!!! It was really really really really funny to see her reaction and plus the ground was wet so she almost fell back and her face was like she just saw a ghost! But we love her so we couldn't let the day go uncelebrated! :)

I bet every teenager has had this! Have you guys ever had whats called the JB moment? The day or two where you are obsessed about Justin Beiber. After seeing his movie i had that! But you get over it soon. Like i was seriously in love with him. LOL! I would go on youtube and watch his videos for hours and hours! But i think he is getting old (metaphorically) anybody else think that?

My family and I went to India to visit this summer because it has been a long time. We had an amazing time and i loved to see all my cousins and friends and family. On the way back to america the airport in Mumbai had an amazing indian style meditation shop. It was so calm and beautiful that i thought i should share it with you guys. It had meditation pool that you could go in and it is suppost to heal all of your bad sins and hurts. There were nice candles and everything. If your ever in India and in the Mumbai Airport i suggest finding this store! :)

India was actually really really fun! but i didnt have time to take to many pictures! SORRY!! OKAY i have a question!! am i the only one in this world who does not like Harry Potter? The stories and plots are interesting but i can never remember what is going on and the drama is kinda..................idk how to describe it. But seriously is their anyone out there who isnt a very big fan of harry potter please please email me, i would like to meet someone like me! :)

HELLO!!!! i am so sorry i haven't written in a while but i am so glad that you guys have not stopped checking for new updates. If any of the people reading this are indian or know the language hindi i think you guys should really check out a show called DIL DOSTI DANCE. This show is really amazing but i wish there was an english version for the people who can't understand hindi. I can understand and it is an awesome show about teenagers that are in college and the college that they go to has a DIVIDE between rich kids which are called dazzlers and middle class kids which are called weaklings. So this girl moves there from another city and decides to change the college and then she gets known as the queen of weakling and the king of all dazzlings falls in love with her. And the king of weakling falls in love with the queen of dazzling. But the queen of dazzling hates the queen of weakling and its the same the other way around!! It isn't as complicated as it sounds but if any of you know how to speak or even understand hindi i will give you the youtube homepage link which has every episode ever. you may also recognize the two main characters from season 2 of DANCE INDIA DANCE (shakti and kunwar.

If you guys read the column on top of this one it talks about a hindi show but i wanted to inform you about another show (in english) called PRETTY LITTLE LIARS! I am more than obsessed with this show. It is also a series and right now the second season is going on and its gonna be on tonight! :D im so excited! So if you guys want to you can email me about show you would like to tell me about (any language). If you guys have been keeping updated with my blog then you saw the article about the Indian television show DIL DOSTI DANCE. I just wanted to tell you guys that there is a really cruel "Queen Bee" in the show. who is just soooo horrible! i never imagined someone so mean! SHe shouts at her best friend, she made an innocent girl cry and i just saw the episode and i am completely ANGRY and shocked that she would be so cruel! UHHHHHHHH!!!!

Hello everyone! Today was a tad interesting because i got to meet my teachers and classmates. My school does this thing where a couple days before school starts the let all the kids go to their classes and meet their teachers. Most of my teachers are really nice but my math teacher scares me a little! I am taking journalism this year and the teachers teaching that were really nice and i cant wait for that class. my gym class is full of my friends so i am so EXCITED! if you guys are reading this tell how your school is? my school is actually very big on the inside, it is my first year in this school so i got lost like twice today. how are your teachers? When is your school starting? I am so confused though because we dont get our lockers until the third day of school, so on the first and second day am i suppost to carry all my stuff EVERYWHERE!!!! Just email me or go to my forum place and answer some of my questions! OKAY AND IF YOU A DAILY FOLLOWER then email the secret password to me. THe secret password is "Pink pigs pop potatoes!" This secret password is very important so anytime i ask in any of my blog entrees for the secret password you have to email the password to me and in return i will email you a funny picture! :D

Hey everyone! i am so sorry i have not written in so long! i truly feel so bad! School started so i am extremely busy! I recently had homecoming! It was a lot of fun! We all danced and went to a party. It also hurt alot because we had to wear heels and OUCH!!!! mine were so so so so so so so long!!!! It was still fun though! In the picture below it is me and my homecoming group! :) if you guys had a dance or homecoming tell me about it! I wanna know! Were the heels killing you too? Did you dance? What did you do? What was the theme?
