FILATELICOS Y NUMISMATICOS(MONEDAS)



Mi nombre es Mauricio Martin y soy de Costa Rica un pais en america central, trabajo para el gobierno y soy estudiante de la universidad. Me gusta mucho tener amigos del mundo, asi como poder hacer intercambios culturales en especial de sellos postales y monedas de todo el mundo. Mi pais es un pais de paz, no tenemos ejercito, somos personas muy amigables. Nuestro pais se destaca ademas por la conservacion de los bosques y de la ecologia en general y lucha por estar en los primeros lugares en america latina en cuando al desarrollo. La flor nacional de mi pais es una bella orquidea de color morado. Espero que pronto me escribas para compartir mas de las culturas del mundo te dejo mi cordial saludo y mi ofrecimiento de una amistad cordial, sincera y respetuosa, nos vemos.



NUMISMATIST:
The Numismatist, the term for the study and collecting of coins and paper money issued by a nation with the official design of the country.

Also includes the collecting badges, medals and associated hardware. For centuries all currencies, except the lowest value, had an intrinsic value, ie, containing a quantity of gold or silver equivalent in value. However, most countries have replaced their currencies with gold or silver manufactured by other cheap metals, that have no intrinsic value.

The coins, both ancient and modern, are collected either by its artistic value, or as a mere hobby. The number of collectors around the world into millions.

PHILATELY:
Philately is the hobby of collecting and sorting stamps, envelopes and other postal documents. Is represented on the stamps of the national or regional history of countries by figures of famous people, monuments, paintings, flora, fauna, postal history, etc.. The word philately is due to French collector G. Herpin, who suggested in an article written for the newspaper Le Poste Stamp Collectionneur in Paris, which was published November 15, 1864. COFFEE AND BANKNOTE FIVE COLONES IN COSTA RICA.
No conversation is complete without a coffee and a delicious meal companion.

No one can deny its role in the economies of many countries thanks to the millions of dollars generated by export. Therefore, it has been called the golden grain.

Coffee also is in our history. It is believed that the Dutch brought the first coffee seeds for commercial purposes, to America in 1714, in what is now Suriname, and began his expansion to captivate millions.

Therefore, it is not surprising that coffee is also on the great works of art, as in the roof of the National Theater in San José, Costa Rica. Soon after, the same painting was printed on the tickets of five colones that became famous in 1993. So there is coffee to the money.

The same bill of five colones in Costa Rica took the prize as the most beautiful second ticket in the world. In fact, the National Theatre, a country's historical heritage, was built in part thanks to coffee, because it financed the first three years of construction with a tax.


This cute stamp has two national symbols of Costa Rica, white-tailed deer and brown Yigüirro or blackbird, both are part of the great biodiversity of this small but great country.
