About Me....

My favorite hobby is coin collecting.I have been a collector for five years. I spend about 30 minutes each week with my coin collection. One day, I plan to go to the United States Mint in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My favorite coin is the Susan B. Anthony dollar. I plan to collect coins for many years!

My Perfect Day

My perfect day is a visit to the United States Mint. I would like to see the vault that holds all of the United States half dollars,Susan B. Anthony dollar coins, and the Presidential dollar coins.I would eat Chinese food and Spanish-American food.I would visit historical landmarks in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania such as Independence Hall and Revolutionary War-era buildings.Finally,I would go buy coins from the United States Mint. I wish for a perfect day in Philadelphia. This would be GREAT!

Problems Facing Teens Today

The problem I think that teens are facing is making good grades.Some teens are not successful in school because they are not focused on school.Another reason is that parents are putting too much pressure on their kids to make good grades. Therefore,teens are focusing on the goals that their parents set up for them and are not focusing on their personal goals. Finally,teens sometimes can't focus on their school work or pay attention in class. This could result in bad grades.Teens could fix this problem by actively participating in class and listening in class even though it might not make sense and it is confusing.

If I Was a Character in a Movie....

If I was a character in a movie,I would be Indiana Jones.I would be him because I would like to be a professor one day.Another reason why I would like to be that character is that he is very smart. Finally,another reason that I would like to be him is because he travels to other places. If I was a character in a movie,I might take the place of Indiana Jones one Day!

Good Qualities in a Friendship

The most important qualities in friends can be expressed in lots of different ways. I think the first quality is having respect for each other. This would mean treating each other like you would your Mom and Dad. Also, you have to have similar interests. That way, you do things together that you both enjoy. These are the two most important qualities in any good friendship.

This newspaper article is about two robbers stealing cash from KFC. It was 9:00 pm when the robbers arrived at KFC. Meanwhile, a lady waiting to pay for her food also got robbed. The two men were described as black between 5 feet 6 inches tall and 5 feet 8 inches tall, thin builds, wearing dark colored clothing. There was a similar robbery at the CVS in Dale City.

My College and Career Plans

After high school, I plan to go to James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. I would like to get a Bachelor's degree in mathematics. My career goal is to be a mathematics professor. I would like to teach at JMU. After teaching at JMU, I would like to be an eighth grade math teacher in a public school.

The Greatest Invention

I think the world's greatest invention is the telephone. I think that the phone is a good way to communicate. Also, you wouldn't have to send telegrams. Instead, you can just make a phone call. Finally, you can make business calls and keep in touch with your co-workers. If there were no telephones, I think the world would be very different than we know it!

Precious Primates Are Endangered!

What is furry and has a long tail? These monkey primates are disappearing because of wildlife trade, meat hunting, and tropical forest destruction. This is a problem because these are very rare primates. What is being done to help is reducing wildlife trade and meat hunt. If these species are saved, then the population will be restored.

The Person I Admire
The person I admire is my Mom. I admire her because she helps me with a lot of things. She is also kind and positive to me when I am down. Finally, she is encouraging to me too. If I didn't have someone to admire, I wouldn't be the same.

My Scariest Experience!

My scariest experience is when I encountered a ghost. One day, I was at the Manassas National Battlefield and went to the Henry House. I opened the door to look outside and I shut the door. After I shut the door, I locked it. The door unlocked itself and opened. In response, a mysterious wind started to blow. Who knows, maybe one day I will encounter one again.

My Funniest Experience!

My funniest experience is when I went to the circus. It was my funniest experience because there were a lot of clowns and they were funny. Also, they played a lot of tricks on the audience. Finally, my other funniest experience is when my sister was a part of the show and she was very funny. If I could have another funniest experience, it would probably be another event from the circus.
