Worst Problem Facing Teens
The worst problem facing teens is texting, because it can be addicting, which may cause problems. There have been accidents starting from little things all the way up to car accidents due to carelessness caused by texting. Teens need to be more careful. Texting is fun, but it has a limit.
My Perfect Day
My perfect day would be a day with a lot of fun and excitement. There would be no school to start with. I would have breakfast then I would invite my friends over to my house or go see a movie. My perfect day would also include going outside to skate with my friends.
Book or Movie Character
If I could be any book or movie character, no doubt it would be Harry Potter. Harry goes through many adventures that keep you interested. He casts spells at enemies that can keep you on the edge of your seat. I can't think of a character I'd rather be than Harry Potter.
Qualities of a Friend
The most important quality in a friend is honesty. This quality, along with trustworthiness are the two key elements of a good friendship. You need to be able to trust your friend and he needs to trust you. Another important quality is being loyal.
If I could interview the president, I would ask him the following:
1. Who inspired you?
2. What do you plan to do?
3. When do you plan to do it?
4. Where do you like to be?
5. Why do you think you were elected?
6. How do you plan to change this country?
7. If you could have anything in the world, what would it be?
Animal Rights
I think animals should have rights to protect them from harmful research and to give them the right to life. Animals should be free and able to live a natural life. They should not have to be used for drugs and new medical procedures testing. In conclusion, I think that animals should have rights and live a life free from suffering.
Biggest Challenge Facing the President
I feel that the biggest challenge facing the President is the economic downturn, along with the collapse of many of America's largest companies. I feel this way because it's been a long time and we're not fully out of the recession. The President should handle the situation by supporting the people who lost their jobs. He should also find ways to create more jobs.
Tap or Water Bottles?
The problem is that the plastic water containers consume massive amiunts of fossil fuel to produce and transport, then pile up in landfills. The solution would be to convince people to turn on their faucets instead of buying bottled water. I would consider switching. The reason why I would switch is because we need to stop the environmental impact caused by plastic water bottles.
G.I. Jane
Women should be banned from combat. They should not have to do ground combat. Instead, they can help by nursing wounded soldiers away from enemy lines. They shold not have to conduct raids, serve as gunners, and drive trucks on bomb-ridden roads.
Fashion Police
The law is going too far because everyone should be able to wear anything they want. If everyone has to wear the same things then how are people going to express themselves? Clothes should not make a difference in the way that people view eachother. I think that passing laws against sagging pants is wrong and a complete waste of time.
Greatest Invention
The telephone is no doubt the gratest invention ever. It allows people to communicate to others all over the world. The telephone is crucial to all businesses. It also allows you to communicate with your relatives that don't live next to you.
College & Career Plans
Some of my college and career plans are to get into a good law school and become a lawyer. When in college, I want to do my best and get good grades. I will try my best as a lawyer and at school. In conclusion, I will do my best at everything I do.
Favorite Family Traditions
My favorite family tradition is going to friends' house on Thanksgiving Day. My other two favorite traditions are watching movies together and celebrating Christmas together. The reason why I like these traditions is because they are fun. I also like them because I get to spend time with my family.
Easier Time? Men or Women?
I think both males and females have it hard. They both are expected to do different jobs. The jobs they do are equally hard in my opinion. Even if male's jobs were easier, females are the ones to take care of kids and family members.
