Hi, my name is Enoch Ho. And I am going to be talking about the national
teams, players, rules, and how to play. Not only that, I also will talk about my favourite teams, players, and how the players rate.
Soccer National’s Team
Soccer is a famous sport in the world. There are many soccer national’s team in the world, but not all the teams are good. I personally think
Netherlands is the best team in the world. It is because this team is very
strong. For example: In 2010 FIFA world cup, the Netherlands against
Brazil in the quarter-semi final. In the first half, the score was 1-0 to the
Netherlands. But in the second half, the Netherlands scored two goals.
Finally, the Netherlands win 2-1.The other team that is very good
is Brazil. It is because this team had won 5 FIFA world cups. They
have qualify every FIFA world cup. But in this few years, Brazil have
decrease the rank to 6th place. So, I hope brazil can increase the rank to 1st place in the next few years.
Soccer Player
There are many soccer players in the world. But there are only some
players that are good. Ronaldo is one of the best player in the world. He scores
62 goals in 98 matches for playing the Brazil National’s Football Team. And he also got the golden foot award in 2006.The other best player is Messi. He is the captain for the Argentina National’s Football Team. And he is only 24 years olds, so he is very young. He had scored 136 goals in 194 matches. So this is interesting.
Rules
The soccer rules is very easy when you know it. Here I will list the rules.
1. Players must use foot to kick the soccer, except the goalie can use hands.
2. The official game, there have two teams, each team have 11 players in the field, and 7 reserves.
3. Players cannot have a strong tackle to other player, other wise they will get a yellow card or red card from the referee.
4. Each matches have 90 minutes to play, and will be divide into 2 period of times, each period of time have 45 minutes to play.
5. When you kick the ball to the end line, the other team player will have a corner kick.
6. When you kick the ball to the side line, the other team player will have a throw ball.
7. Each team will use coin and toss to determine which team get the first ball, then the other half will be the other team ball.
8. Penalty and free kick are use for foul, yellow card, and red card.
9. 2 yellow cards turn to 1 red card, that mean the player need to be out of the match.
10. 1 red card mean you need to be out of the match.
How to play
First of all, for soccer you need to know four things: passing, stopping, dribbling, shooting. There have 4 positions: striker, midfielder, defender,
goalie. When you kick the ball, you need to use your side of the leg. So you need to know that in order to play a game.
My favourite teams, players, and how the player rates
My favourite national team is Brazil, Hong Kong. Because they are playing very good.
My favourite player is Chan Siu Ki. He is only 26 years old. And he helped Hong Kong won the 2009 East Asian games in soccer. He was just came in the second half to play the match. In the first half, Japan was lead by 1-0. But not even two minutes in the second half, Chen Siu Ki scored a goal to helped Hong Kong tried the game. In the shootout, he also scored a goal. Finally, Hong Kong won the game in 2009 East Asian game. |
