Cuisine : "Good ideas for dinner"

Hello, I have to cook dinner once a week and have been doing so for a while but I'm sort of out of ideas of what to make. Maybe someone could give me some ideas? That would be super helpful! Thank you.

chicken cooked in one pan with a creamy sun-dried tomato pesto sauce.
Lamb in a slow cooker with potatoes and olives.
Pork tenderloin roasted with garlic and rosemary.
Pasta with chickpeas and chorizo.
Thai Shrimp Curry; chicken dipped in milk;
Kale and potatoes with roasted chicken legs

I also bake a lot more than I cook so if you have any recommendations I will be glad to try them all!
