Well, All of you are right but a Secretary is basically an assistant to someone that has a very big job like: The President of the United States, Congressmen and women, Lawyers, Judges, etcetra.

A secretary is a person who takes care of someone sort of like an assistant. With a magazine their is an editor in chief and there is two secretaries I think they take care of all of the appointments and errands for the editor. I know that sounds king of weird like why why would someone want to take care of someones needs but I would like to because I am organised.

I think so.To be a secretary,it's very important to learn English and computer,I think.
