prep time:15 minutes ready in: 3 hours 25minutes
cook time : 10minutes servings: 50
The dough tor these cookies is what them exceptional.you can use peach, apricot,stawberry and any type of filling you like.
ingredients:
5 ounces cream cheese softened
3/4cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon butter or all vegetable shorting,
1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
cream cheese kolacky (continued)
ingredients: (continued)
3/4 and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon any flavor fruit jam
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon confectioner 's sugar for decoration
directions :
1. mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. add flour slowly until well blended. shape into a ball and chill overnight or for several.
2. preheat oven to 350 degrees f (180 degrees c). roll dough 1/8 inch thick on a flourer pastry board. cut into 2 1/2 inch squares and place 1/2 (approx) of jam or preserves. overlap opposite corners and pinch together. place on ungreased cookies sheet.
3. bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheat oven. cool. sprinkle lightly with confectionter's sugar.
4. then eat very good!!!!!!:) i love them! |

Bonjour, j'adore tout ce qui tourne autour de la pâtisserie. Depuis toute petite c'est un métier qui me fait rêver. Je commence en Septembre un apprentissage dans ce métier là. J'ai beaucoup d'ambition, j'aimerais pouvoir faire carrière à l'étranger (plus dans un pays anglophone comme l'Australie, le Canada ou encore les USA). C'est un rêve de petite fille qui se réalise pour moi et dans lequel j'espère percer. Et toi envisages-tu ton avenir dans ce métier là ? :) |

Bonjour, Moi j'adore faire des pâtisseries. Alors après avoir passer mon bac, je me suis lancer dans une formation en pâtisserie et je m'épanouis >_< je fais un apprentissage chez un pâtissier et cela me permet d'avoir de la pratique et du savoir-faire auprès du pâtissier et de l'école qui m'enseignent tout l'art de la pâtisserie ! Faire sourire les gens lorsqu'ils mangent vos pâtisseries est la meilleur récompense à avoir dans ce métier = )Cela vous encourage a aller de l'avant et a progresser dans votre travail. D'ailleurs, j'attends de terminer ma formation pour après me lancer moi-même dans un projet top secret XD et afin de pouvoir mettre en pratique mon sens de la créativité et de mon imagination sur mes propres gâteaux. J'ai hate *o* |
